Client Managers
FlexiChoice's dedicated Client Managers are ready to ensure you receive the highest quality of personalised support. Plan Management
Our Plan Manager is here to take the stress out of managing your NDIS funding. FlexiChoice offers reliable and transparent plan management, ensuring your invoices are processed promptly, your budgets are tracked accurately, and your providers are paid on time. ​ We work closely with you to give you choice and control, while handling the day-to-day financial administration of your plan, so you can focus on your goals, not the paperwork. Finance & Accounts
Our Finance Officer manages the financial operations that keep FlexiChoice running smoothly. This includes payroll, supplier payments, and overall financial management. For any questions related to your NDIS plan or invoices, please contact our Plan Manager.
Rostering
Our Rostering Officer works closely with our Client Managers to make sure shift times suit both service users and support workers. They coordinate staff availability and manage any last-minute changes or cancellations, keeping everything running smoothly and on time. Support Coordination
Our Support Coordinator works with you to understand your NDIS plan and connect you with the right services to meet your needs.
