Plan Management

FlexiChoice offers comprehensive Plan Management services to NDIS participants and their carers. We take care of the financial administration of your NDIS plan Processing invoices, tracking budgets, and ensuring providers are paid on time. Our team provides ongoing guidance to help you understand your funding, monitor spending, and make informed choices. With regular updates and flexible provider options, we help you get the most out of your plan—without the stress of managing paperwork.

Support Coordination

At FlexiChoice, we understand that navigating the NDIS can be overwhelming. Our Support Coordinators work alongside you to connect with services that suit your needs and support your goals. Supported Independent Living (SILS)

Supported Independent Living provides individuals to live as independently as possible while still receiving the day-to-day assistance they need. Our SIL's services molds a safe, supportive home environment with personalised support tailored to each participants routines, goals, and preferences. Whether it’s help with daily tasks, personal care, or community involvement, our dedicated team works alongside participants to build confidence, develop skills, and enjoy greater independence, at their own pace and in their own space.

Social & Community Access

At FlexiChoice, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to participate in their community in a way that’s meaningful to them. Our Community Access supports are designed to help you build confidence, develop social connections, and enjoy activities that matter to you. Whether it’s attending events, joining a group, learning new skills, or simply getting out and about, we provide flexible, person-centred support to help you stay connected and live the life you choose.

Respite / Short Term Accommodation (STA)

Respite offers a supportive and comfortable break for participants and their families or carers. Whether it's for a few days or a planned short stay, our Short-Term Accommodation provides a safe and welcoming environment with support designed around each person’s needs and preferences. These stays are a great opportunity to relax, experience new activities, or build independence—while giving carers time to recharge, knowing their loved one is in good hands.
